Brief 2 Topic
For this assignment I will be opposing the making of hydroelectric dams in populated areas. I'm not against hydroelectric dams in general, but dams that have, are, or will be built could pose threats to locals. Around 70% of the Earth is covered in water, so I wonder why governments would allow for such things to be built near villages or small townships.
